At 3East, we are committed to delivering your K-Beauty essentials safely and efficiently across the UK. To ensure the most reliable service, we exclusively partner with Royal Mail for all our domestic deliveries,your parcel is handled with care by the UK’s most trusted carrier.

1. UK Shipping Rates and Timeframes

We offer straightforward shipping tiers to ensure you get your “glow” exactly when you need it.

  • Free Standard UK Delivery: We are pleased to offer Free Royal Mail Tracked Shipping on all orders over £60.
  • Standard Delivery (Orders under £60): For orders below the £60 threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Our standard service typically delivers within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders are fulfilled directly from our UK warehouse to minimize transit times and eliminate customs delays.

  • Dispatch Times: Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT Monday through Friday are typically processed and handed over to Royal Mail the same day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
  • High-Volume Periods: During major sales or “Viral Fave” launches, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for our team to prepare your haul.

3. Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order has been scanned into the Royal Mail network, you will receive an automated email with your Tracking Number.

  • Real-Time Updates: You can monitor your parcel’s journey through every stage of the Royal Mail sorting process.
  • SMS/Email Alerts: If you provide your mobile number at checkout, Royal Mail will send you a delivery window notification on the day of arrival.

4. Lost or Delayed Parcels

While Royal Mail is exceptionally reliable, delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal peaks or industrial action.

  • Missing Parcels: If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact our Customer Care team at 3East.
  • Claims: We will work directly with Royal Mail to investigate and, where necessary, issue a replacement or refund for lost items.

While our primary focus is serving our UK K-Beauty community, we are looking to expand this over time, thank you for your patience.
