3. Product Authenticity and Professional Disclaimer

  • Authenticity Guarantee: We guarantee that all items sold are 100% Authentic Korean Products sourced through authorised channels.
  • Medical Disclaimer: Our website provides information regarding active ingredients such as PDRN, NAD+, Peptides, and AHA/BHA for educational purposes only. This information is not intended as medical advice.
  • Usage: Individual results may vary. Given the high-potency nature of many K-Beauty ingredients (including Spicules), we strongly recommend a patch test before full application. 3East is not liable for adverse skin reactions or misuse of products.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Promotions

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • Discount Codes: Promotional codes, such as the 10% off first order newsletter discount, must be entered at the time of checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once an order is placed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • UK Standard Delivery: We offer Free UK Shipping on all orders over £60.
  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Unopened Returns: Due to hygiene standards for cosmetics and skincare, products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all seals intact.
  • Faulty Items: Claims for damaged goods (e.g., shattered highlighters or leaking serums) must be reported to our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Refund Processing: Once a return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
